Studio training
- All prices are per person in CHF incl. 7.7% VAT
- Training on a doctor’s prescription and, consequently, billing via the patient’s health insurance can only take place with the appropriately approved training persons, which must be clarified in advance and determined accordingly.
- The subscription selected entitles the holder to receive the agreed training lessons. The training is conducted by experienced and qualified trainers working independently on the premises of PILATESwiss GmbH.
- The dates shall in each case be fixed by mutual agreement and in advance.
- Scheduled appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise the missed lesson will be charged.
- Non-subscribed training hours of a subscription cannot be refunded.
- The validity of the subscriptions is 3 or 6 months. On holidays the training opportunities are adjusted.
- In the event of a training interruption due to illness/accident, the customer will be granted a time credit, provided that the prevention has lasted for at least seven (7) consecutive days and proof is provided in the form of a doctor’s certificate. The time credit due to illness/accident is granted for the duration of the illness/convalescence, for a maximum of 6 months. A monetary reimbursement of a time credit is expressly excluded.
- The subscription is transferable once to a third person.
- In the event of a change of location of PILATESwiss GmbH during the term of this agreement within the city of Zurich, no claims or demands may be asserted.
- Pilates PILATESwiss GmbH cannot be held liable for interruptions to operations as a result of force majeure.
- Within the premises of PILATESwiss GmbH there is no liability for the loss of personal effects or valuables.
- It is the duty of the client to report any health restrictions that were not already noted in the health sheet when the first subscription was taken out. No liability will be assumed for consequential training damage due to unreported health restrictions.
- By buying a training with us, the agreement to this agreement is expressly declared.
- The GTC also apply to all trainings with other trainers within the studio of PILATESwiss GmbH.
- The amount agreed above is due after signing and is to be paid in full in advance.
- Possible is cash payment and EC cards.
- Exclusive place of jurisdiction for this agreement is Zurich, Swiss law is applicable.
General terms and Conditions
Continuing education
- The described training, further education, workshops, events and retreats are taught by the team of PILATESwiss ® GmbH. The specified instructors can change at short notice.
- Registrations online via www.pilateswiss.ch online only.
- The reservation of places is made according to the date of the booking.
- The registration is binding and will be confirmed.
- Early registration is recommended, as the number of participants is limited.
- The course fee is payable online in advance.
- The course fees according to the current price list apply.
- The course fee includes the following: training, course documentation and a confirmation of participation.
- Travel, accommodation and meals must be organized by the participant.
- The course documents will be handed out on the first day of the course. The prerequisite is the paid course fee.
- The special conditions for the comprehensive 450 hour program are only valid for the complete package and are due in total amount before the first course starts. If the 450 hour programm is cancelled by the participant, the attended courses will be charged at the normal conditions plus a cancellation fee of CHF 80.00 each and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Cancellation / Rebooking
- Transfers or cancellations must be submitted in writing to PILATESwiss. The date of the postmark is decisive. The following fee regulations also apply to all examinations. Failure to attend an examination will be assessed as “not passed”.
The following fees apply for cancellations:
- CHF 80.- after registration
- 50% of the training fee less than 30 days before the training starts (also with medical certificate)
- 100% of the continuing education fee after the start of the training course (also with medical certificate).
- If a replacement participant is named who fulfils the requirements for further training, only the processing fee of CHF 50.- is due. The training fee will be transferred to the replacement participant.
- In case of rebooking, a processing fee of CHF 50.- per course will be charged.
- The student agrees that a workshop may bee rebooked a maximum of two times.
- The Institute for Further Education has the right to cancel training courses, workshops and events without replacement, without the right of recourse from booked accommodation, supervision or travel costs.
- The course participants will be informed about this in due time and any payments already made will be fully refunded. No further compensation can be claimed. The provider reserves the right to make changes to the training programs/contents and leaders as well as price changes.
- The course location will be communicated with the course confirmation and may be outside of Zurich. The course location is subject to change.
- Insurance is the responsibility of the participant. No liability is assumed for accidents or theft during the course.
- The place of jurisdiction for all present and future claims arising from the terms and conditions between the provider and the course participant is Zurich, Switzerland. This also applies to cross-border contracts.
- Insurance: For all courses and events, we exclude any liability for damages incurred. Participants are responsible for their own adequate insurance.
