Im Personal Training Pilates arbeiten Sie an klassischen Pilates-Geräten wie Reformers, Cadillacs, Pilates Chairs oder Barrels, um die Körperhaltung zu verbessern, Kraft aufzubauen und das Wohlbefinden zu steigern.
Personal Training on
any classical Pilates machine
Private
Train anything you would like to improve on any classical Pilates machine or Yoga topic. Popular are Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, Reformers which are available to you.
Duette
Come with a partner and share the goals and challenges on any machine or, yoga topic.
Quartet
Four friends on the same machines: Chairs, Trapezes, Reformers, Cadillacs or it can even be on the mat. Special about the Quartets are the reserved spots. Here you have first access to your spot each week and you can progress with the same group keeping the level appropriate. Please be aware for quality reasons, we prefer you attend at least 3 privates with us before you attend your first Machine Quartet.
Ensemble
Train with up to eight participants or friends on classic Pilates equipment such as the Chair or Reformer.
Please note that for safety and quality reasons it is necessary for you to attend at least 3 private lessons with us before you can also enjoy a safe workout in an ensemble.
What is Reformer?
A machine created by JH Pilates made from hospital beds in the first world war
The narrow shape and springs have hardly changed in the modern design versions of today. JH Pilates was revolutionary in that he enabled rehab in a supine position which influences sport and rehab of today
What is chair?
JH Pilates chair was inspired by Chinese contortionist circus performance and requires you to either stabilize of fly off the chair! This targets the specific muscles in such a manner that it will leave you inconvinced about the PILATES Chair benefits for days after your session a the studio.
What is a Cadillac?
JH Pilates Cadillac also known as a Trapeze Table, shows again its origins as a hospital bed, created before the days of compression sock and medicines. One can imagine how a patient used to lie with their cast raised to improve circulation. This in combination with the trapeze from Pilates circus influences, make the Cadillac a fascinating machine to train you in the Visceral approach.

This is a workout on the floor in the PILATESwiss Visceral style, often with small apparatus, to train stomach and posture.
Yoga
Pilateswiss Studios feature a flowing style of Yoga using the Visceral breathing style. Challenging for all levels.
Yin Yoga
An extremely relaxing and intensive Stretch. We use props and hold poses for several minutes.
Pilates Post Natal
For new mothers and even women who have gone through pregnancy years before the PILATESwiss Post Natal session focuses on pelvic floor health as well as the whole body.
